Welcome home to Haverkamp Properties apartments and townhomes! We are a locally owned and managed company, serving over 600 apartments in the Ames and Des Moines, IA, area. We offer a wide selection of floor plans, with amenities and prices to meet your needs.

Most of our Ames properties come with video, internet and Ames Racquet & Fitness Club membership included. Haverkamp Properties has designated pet friendly apartments and all of our apartments are non-smoking.

Typical lease terms are for one year (Ames is generally August through July), but short-term and custom leases are also available. Haverkamp Properties offers month-to-month lease terms on our efficiencies at West Towne.
