Haverkamp Properties Recognized in 12 Categories at GIAA Pinnacle of Excellence Awards

We're thrilled to share that Haverkamp Properties was honored with 12 awards at the 2025 Pinnacle of Excellence Awards, hosted by the Greater Iowa Apartment Association (GIAA) in early December. This year’s ceremony recognized leaders, professionals, and properties shaping excellence across Iowa’s rental housing industry.

The Greater Iowa Apartment Association is a nonprofit organization representing more than 490 companies that manage over 57,000 apartment homes across Iowa. The GIAA assists the rental housing industry through advocacy, education, collaboration, and community engagement. Their annual Pinnacle of Excellence Awards honor individuals and teams who demonstrate outstanding professionalism, leadership, and achievement in the apartment industry.
