How do I apply?

You can apply on our website. Applications must be submitted for a specific unit. 

When should I apply?

Applications must be submitted anytime within a six week window of a specific apartment being available.

How much does it cost to apply?

There is a $45 application fee for each adult applicant. In addition, there is a $600 deposit for ranch apartments and an $850 deposit for townhomes.

What's included in my rent?

Basic internet and garbage is included in rent as well as access to our resident clubhouse, theater and pool. We also have a dog park and children's play area on site! Electricity, water and sewer are the responsibility of the tenant.

Do I need a cosigner?

A cosigner is typically not needed. There may be some exceptions to this based on the results of the application.

What are the terms of my lease?

Lease terms are for 12 months. We do offer a month-to-month lease option on certain floor plans. Month-to-month leases have an additional, short term premium added to the rent. Please contact our office for more information.

Do you have security on the property?

The Landing is a proud member of Clinton's Crime Free Housing. We take proactive steps to promote a safe and respectful community.

Do you have 24 hour maintenance?

We have 24 hour maintenance for emergencies. If it's not an emergency, our goal is to have all maintenance issues resolved to our tenants' satisfaction within a 48 hour period.
