How do I apply?
You can apply on our website or in our office.
When should I apply?
We advise that it is best to apply by Spring Break, as Mid-March is when the more popular floor plan styles fill up.
How much does it cost to apply?
Each applicant pays a $45 application fee and a $310 deposit to secure a room.
What's included in my rent?
All utilities are included in your rent: Heat, water, power, internet, trash and parking. We also have a 24/7 clubhouse for residents!
Do I need a cosigner?
A cosigner is required for applicants under the age of 25 years old.
What are the terms of my lease?
10 month leases run from Mid-August through May 31st. 12 month leases run from Mid-August through July 31st. Please contact the leasing office for the specific lease start date.
Do you have security on the property?
We have security at night and on weekends.
Do you have 24 hour maintenance?
Emergency maintenance is available.
How far from campus are you?
It is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk from our property to campus.
Can I request my own roommate?
You are able to pick your own roommate or utilize our roommate matching program.
