Jason Marrs

Jason Marrs is a 20+ year veteran of the multifamily industry, having served in a wide variety of roles throughout his career. For the past 10 years, Jason has proudly worked with the Haverkamp Properties, where he currently serves as the Regional Property Manager based in Ames, IA.

Jason is also a dedicated husband and father to 3 children. In his free time, he loves to golf, travel, and read. At his core, he's built to serve others and lives this out in his current role.

Jason believes that everyone needs a roof over their head, and that simple truth has driven him throughout his 20+ years in this industry. He is deeply passionate about advancing the apartment industry and paying it forward to the next generation of up-and-comers, just as so many mentors and leaders did for him throughout his Property Management journey.
