BRENT HAVERKAMP, OWNER
Brent graduated from Iowa State University in 1989 with a degree in computer science. After graduation, he accepted a position with Iowa State, and eventually started his own computer consulting company. While working in the computer field, Brent became interested in real estate. After purchasing his first rental property in 1991 he was hooked. He continued to invest in real estate and started Haverkamp Properties in 1996.
When he’s not working, Brent and his wife enjoy spending time with their four children and attending their many sporting activities. Summer is a favorite season for the family, as they love water-skiing and boating on the lake. Brent is also an avid pilot and enjoys the “birds-eye view” as he flies his plane around the United States.

TODD WUESTENBERG, COO
Todd has been working for Haverkamp Properties for nearly five years and has been in the Ames real estate market for 15 years. He oversees all of Haverkamp's properties in Ames, Cedar Rapids and the Des Moines area. He is also responsible for the overall operations of the Haverkamp Properties portfolio, including; office personnel, staff training and leasing. In his free time Todd enjoys: spending time with his wife and four children; serving within a local church; and training for and running marathons.

DAVE HYMAN, AMES PROPERTY MANAGER
Dave has been with the Haverkamp team for over eight years. During those eight years he has managed several different retail buisnesses in addition to most recently becoming the property manager for the Ames area. Dave enjoys the variety and excitment of the job and looks forward to each and everyday. In his time away from work he loves spending time with his wife and four kids, as they enjoy outdoor activities from swimming and canoeing to backpaking and sking.

HALEIGH STEERE, INTERNET PRESENCE MANAGER
Haleigh has been working for Haverkamp Properties since January 2008. She graduated from Iowa State University with a fine arts degree in Interior Design. She is responsible for Haverkamp's regional portfolio and design for the Ames, Cedar Rapids and the Des Moines area. In her free time Haleigh enjoys: spending time with her friends and family; designing; making music; and traveling.

KRISTEN VAN WAARDHUIZEN, AMES ASSISTANT MANAGER
Kristen has worked at Haverkamp Properties since November of 2009. She enjoys the opportunity to work in the dynamic field of property management. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband by going disc golfing and camping, traveling to visit family and friends, shopping and reading.

KRISTA BETTEN, SENIOR LEASING AGENT
Krista has worked for Haverkamp Properties since January of 2008. She shows apartments to prospective tenants, sets up appointments, assists with lease signing and helps with general office work. She is currently a student at Iowa State University and is majoring in marketing and international business. Krista enjoys running, spending time at the lake, shopping, reading, and being with her friends and family.

ANDREW CHAMBERLAIN, LEASING AGENT
Andrew has been working with Haverkamp Properties since January of 2009. Andrew's primary responsibilities include showing apartments to potential tenants, following up with potential tenants, and general office duties. Andrew is also a full time student at Iowa State University where he pursues a degree in Management with a Finance minor. In his free time Andrew enjoys running and lifting weights, going out with friends, and a Saturday afternoon of college football.

Megan is a sophomore at Iowa State University majoring in Apparel Merchandising and Journalism. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with my family and friends, shopping, exercising, going to movies, traveling, and being outdoors.

THAD BROWN, FACILITIES MANAGER
Thad has been with Haverkamp Properties for six years. He has a degree in Economics from Iowa State University . He is HVAC certified and a licensed Taxidermist. His hobbies include hunting and fishing.
TOM DRISCOLL, SPECIAL PROJECTS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Tom has worked for Haverkamp Properties since August of 2005. He is responsible for the remodeling and upgrading projects of to our units. Before that he was self-employed as a carpenter. He has 20 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife Joyce and his 30 year old daughter, Heather. In his spare time Tom enjoys building model railroads, rebuilding old cars, and fishing.
BRANT WEILAND - MAINTENANCE TECH
Brant has been with Haverkamp Properties for two years working in maintenance. His favorite part of his job is being able to learn something new everyday. In his free time he enjoys making pottery, cooking, shooting pool, and spending time with his family and friends.
