Welcome home to Haverkamp Properties apartments and townhomes!  Managing over 450 apartments in the Ames and Des Moines, IA, area.  We offer a wide selection of floor plans, with amenities and prices to meet your needs.  Whether you choose one of our efficiencies, one, two, three, or four bedroom apartments, a rent by the room, or one of our beautiful split-level townhomes, we guarantee you a quality renting experience.

Searching for an apartment or townhome has never been easier.  As you browse through our property information pages, you will find prices, layouts, photos and locations for all of our rental units.  Using our Apartment Search feature, (located on the right side of the screen) allows you to specify exactly what you desire in an apartment or townhome, and it will return results based on your criteria.  Watch for specials on search results and at the top right of your screen, or give us a call to get a great deal!

Most of our Ames properties come with cable, internet and Ames Racquet & Fitness Club membership included.  All of our apartments are non-smoking and designated apartments allow pets (with a signed pet agreement and some additional cost).  Typical lease terms are for one year (Ames is generally August through July), but short-term and custom leases are also available.  Security deposits are equal to one month's rent.
